Hi, I’m Cassey.

For 14 years, I helped women find confidence through my work in the beauty industry. Beyond just bringing inner beauty to the surface what truly moved me were the deeper moments: the raw honest conversations, the shared vulnerability, the longing for something more.

That longing became my path.

Today, I’m a trained Sex, Intimacy, and Relationship Coach, helping women and men reconnect with their bodies, desires, and truth so they can experience intimacy from a place of empowerment, not shame.

My journey here was personal. I spent most of my adult life in monogamous relationships—loyal, loving, yet often losing pieces of myself. After each heartbreak, I could’ve stayed stuck in feelings of unworthiness or blame. But something in me said: This pain has purpose. You are still worthy. There is more for you.

Through my training with the Somatica Institute®, I reclaimed my sensuality, my voice, and my wholeness. I discovered that healing doesn’t have to come through pain, but can bloom through pleasure, joy, and self love.  Now, I help others do the same. Inner Sanctuary Coaching was born from the belief that true intimacy begins with a deep, loving connection to yourself.

Whether you're single, partnered, or somewhere in between…

Whether you’re feeling disconnected, ashamed, or simply craving more…

I’m here to guide you back to yourself.

Because when you’re deeply connected to your body, your desires, and your truth—
Life gets richer.

What is Sex, Intimacy, and Relationship Coaching?

Sex coaching is a collaborative and supportive process that helps individuals gain clarity, confidence, and connection in their intimate lives. My approach is rooted in somatic sex coaching, which focuses on the body as a powerful source of insight, healing, and transformation.

I offer somatic sex coaching, which means we work with both the mind and the body. “Somatic” simply means “of the body”—because intimacy isn’t just something we think about, it’s something we feel.

In our sessions, we won’t just talk about what’s not working—we’ll engage in experiential practices and simple, guided exercises that let you embody new ways of connecting, communicating, and relating to yourself and others. These practices help you feel the shifts in real time, creating the kind of lasting change that talking alone can’t achieve.

You’ll learn to understand your body’s signals, express your needs with confidence, and explore intimacy in a way that feels safe, empowering, and true to you—so that the transformation you experience in our sessions becomes a natural part of your everyday life.
