Do you only offer online sessions?

Each session is designed to meet you exactly where you are, no agenda on my end. I offer a safe, warm and inviting space for you to open up, during the session I will offer an experiential practice or tool that we will practice together with your consent of course!
What can I expect during my 1:1 session?

Clothing is to remain on at all times and I do not date my clientele. Any other boundaries that arise will be communicated with tenderness.

How many sessions do I need?

This is likely different on a person to person basis but I love to suggest The Awakening package which is 6 sessions as you’ll never regret giving yourself the gift of going deep. This package really allows you the time and space to begin to feel comfortable in connection with me and yourself!
